Refund Policies


Mettra Pharmacy Duncan allows returns on a case-by-case basis.

Please note, according to 5082 - Pharmacy Operations and Drug Scheduling Act - BYLAWS
by College of Pharmacists  - Returned Drugs 22 :

No registrant may accept for return to stock or reuse any drug previously dispensed.

We may accept returns IN-STORE on certain items as long as they are unopened, undamaged, etc.

For ONLINE orders, all returns are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee, and any shipping charges are non-refundable.
