Orders that are shipped from our retail location are paid in full and no refunds will be issued if the package fails to be delivered based on the mailing address entered at the time of the order.

Mettra Pharmacy Duncan cannot be held responsible for any packages that have not been shipped to the recipient.

We deliver locally in the radius of 8 km from the store Mettra Pharmacy Duncan, for C$0-10 fee depending on the distance. Prescription medications' deliveries within Duncan are free of charge.

We ship only inside Canada with flat rates.
