Lemon essential oil is well loved in the aromatherapy world for good cause! Thought to have anti-depressant, immune-stimulant, and disinfectant properties, this oil may also be calming and clarifying. A fresh, familiar, citrus scent, Lemon essential oil is a great top note to this blend.
Nutmeg essential oil has a distinct woody and spicy smell. An earthy base note to this blend, Nutmeg essential oil may have stimulating properties that could help combat mental fatigue. This oil may also assist with digestion and muscular pain.
Petitgrain essential oil is used in this blend for its possible anti-depressant properties and can help those who suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D).
