Medicinal ingredients Per gummy (2.4 g): • L-Theanine (L-theanine) 100 mg • Melissa officinalis (lemon balm) extract (herb top) 20 mg (10:1 equivalent to 200 mg dried herb top) • Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 20 mg • Melatonin 1.5 mg Non-medicinal ingredients Maltitol, Purified water, Glycerin, Pectin, Natural flavour, Citric acid, Sodium citrate, Anthocyanins, Organic stevia leaf extract, Organic rice flour, Organic sunflower oil.

Take 2 gummies per night at or before bed time.For jet lag: Take 2 gummies a day at bed time, while traveling, and at destination until adapted to the new time zone/daily pattern. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness or have sedative properties.
