Each mL contains

organically grown valerian root
(Valeriana officinalis)

200mg

40% grain alcohol and purified water, with organically grown licorice root as a natural flavour enhancer.

Adults: take 4 ml, 30-60 minutes before bedtime, under the tongue or in a little water, on an empty stomach (at least 1 hour after last meal). Shake well before use. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.

Consumption with alcohol or other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks. May cause drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption. Do not use if seal is broken.
